Nice legs

Another “ugly” day today - dark, dismal and damp. So many of those recently.
I had to go up to Fraserburgh with stuff for the recycling centre and to get some shopping.
Stopped in past the harbour and saw this wee beauty searching around for some scraps.
I think it’s a turnstone but not sure. (If someone knows better, let me know and I will correct it.)
A few years ago, I saw a turnstone on the beach and it had a trailing wing. I tried to catch it so I could take it to a rescue centre but every time I got nearer, it moved further away. I realised that there was nothing wrong with her, she was just “luring” me away from her nest. A smart bird and a silly human!
