Thursday

Another morning in bed and on the sofa. 
Walked across the road to the hairdressers and got 4 inches chopped off and my layers put back in. 
Then, since I was out I wandered round the park where it was a bit dreary looking, this was one of only two flowers I saw. 

My body and head are so tired and sore but I am struggling to sleep.
