Charlie the Cormorant.

I caught him (or is it her?) resting on a pontoon at Lock 18.
We were walking along the canal and I was actually looking for the heron that usually prowls about that stretch. 
Just one of these wet and dry days but I gather some drier but cooler days are due . I’ll take that!
