after yesterdays naked truffs..here they are enrobed and covered in a fine layer of sugar..

they are very tasty..

also made marc du champagne truffles..
mulled blackberry chocolates
ganached 2 celebration cakes
& watched Di build a huge wedding cake..
sadly no photos~but it was stunning!

Off to my lovely LOVELY friend Helens daughters 2nd birthday bash near Luton tomorrow..
looking forward to a catch up..its been waaaay too long
