Fire Escape

The weather was poor this morning and with a busy afternoon ahead, I was doubtful regarding the prospects for a meaningful picture. Then I saw this fire escape which seemed not to connect to any of the doors! Then I realised, as you will straight away, that it's just there for the top apartment.
