Dad's Home!

I was intending to blip The Whittington Inn today, it's where we held our wedding reception, B's school was using their car park as a drop off point for the hike. Despite having a large and virtually empty car park several cars were parked right outside the building, so that was that. I don't why I ever plan to blip something because it rarely works out. It was turning out to be quite a strict event before they'd even left, several of them being told off for not planning properly, not having the complete kit list, correct rucksacks, sunblock etc. B has got all meals covered and taken food to cook everything! Weather forecast is rain for tomorrow, when they complete the main part of the hike, just hope they have a dry night.

I was in the garden with Eddie when he heard hubby park on the drive, turned to listen for a second, then went tearing through the house at great speed to meet him at the door. Can't beat a doggie welcome when you get home.
