Bardsea

A trip to Ulverston for reflexology and a massage - quite timely given the recent headache.  A really good session and although quite tired now, feel better for it and she certainly sorted out a couple of knots!

A quick trip down to Bardsea for a blip.  The weather had improved significantly by the time I got there.  I had forgotten my walking shoes so didn't venture out onto beach there.
