Notes: Awake 503a and laid there for awhile, finally back to sleep till 730a (this is getting to be a strange habit). Up and out the door just before 8a (cold!), Produce Stand, Food Patch and Publix - spent close to $100 and still need to fill the car w/ gas. Got some good stuff tho - going to make cauliflower keto pizza today and do a roast in the crock pot over the weekend. Making a focus to cut out more of the carbs and any sugar. Went to the pool just before noon, was a bit cool and breezy at first but then clouds cleared and breeze calmed and was perfect. Wayne and JoAnn came as I was finishing but stayed and chatted for awhile. Shower and then made the keto skillet pizza (from Dr Berg) - improvised some, has a cauliflower base w/ meat, then sauce, diced tomato cheese, olives, fresh basil. Was quite tasty, accompanied by a spinach salad. After all that cleanup, prepped the veggies for pot roast tomor: carrots, parsnips, onion, garlic and celery. Got a roast at Food Patch today. Didn't notice until late morning that the ferris wheel has been taken down ... about 7 weeks of enjoying it and didn't tie it together as a symbol until just a couple days ago, my Wheel of Fortune! Which signifies I am now i the new phase, as is my friend Jo in Australia - we have many parallel experiences. I will miss it but loved it while it was here and got many great day and evening shots of it in all its splendor!
