A Winter's Tale

Had an emergency dental appointment this morning because of toothache. Turned out there wasn’t a problem, just been eating too much sweet stuff over the festive period. 
 
But the dental practice was very short of staff with the head of the practice having to act as receptionist too. He told me that in all his long years of working he had never known a winter like this with so many people ill.
 
It is something I hear almost daily, people reporting a variety of bugs and ailments some with Covid, others with symptoms like Covid which turn out to be negative. 
 
So, here’s wishing all Blippers a Happy and Healthy 2024 New Year.
