Trying to connect

Spent time this evening updating the firmware on the A7 IV.  That went well, so version is now 2.01.  Afterwards, I was recommended to install the Creator's App, which is supposed to let me control the camera with my phone. That didn't go so well - the message after the screen in the photo was "Could not establish Wi-Fi connection with your camera".  I tried a few changes to the network settings, but still had no luck, so now I've stopped for the night. More research is required.
