Twelfth Night

But our Christmas decs are still up. I expect we shall get round to taking them down this weekend. It seems such a shame to remove all the lights. We could surely do with extra light in the dark days of January.

The photos of flooding in the East Midlands are extreme. Roads and public areas may be clear now but the devastation to people's homes is terrible. It only needs another week of rain just like we've had to make it happen all over again. And the news media confirm that it surely will in the years to come because of climate change.

Took my camera down to Finkins this morning but I'd forgotten to insert the SD card, silly me. So you have a photo of one of this season's decs to keep you going today.
