Visited Dad this morning. He's now taking Diazepam on top of all the pain killers and his other anti-depressant (and 12 other different tablets including sleeping tablets). He was very slow moving and got confused more than normal, I'm not sure it's the best way to recover from a slight fall. His hip was fine, he has a cut on his head and he bashed his shoulder. I left him having a nap on the sofa at 1:30pm.

Junior school fete this afternoon. Lots of fun with my eldest and had a lovely chat with my friends mother-in-law.

This evening Mr S is watching tv whilst I'm upstairs knitting and listening to some podcasts. A quiet night in.
