Cragside

After wholesome breakfast heading over to Alnwick to the interesting Second hand book store in the old station, this is one if the most interesting book stores!! Fascinating, with great coffee! Eventually managed to tear ourselves out of the book shop, drove over to Cragside NT property outside Rothbury, home of Lord Armstrong from Newcastle (engineer), it's a miagnidpficnt estate, gardens, trails, house to visit, formal gardens, cafe etc, a whole day could be spent here! The rhodedrons are in full bloom, there are many! I love the trees at Cragside, after lunch, drove back up north.
Such a good time we had with lovely warm weather

Back to work tomorrow! Hear there is rain on the way!
