Parkrun

Being off the drink is great for early morning rises. I woke this morning at 6:13 and made tea and then MrsT and I took H for her morning walk.

Then, down to Parkrun where we did the alternative route due to the frost. After brunch we picked up MrsT’s car from the garage (MOT) then I went ten pin bowling with the FiL in the afternoon.

Played 6 games averaging 179 with 2 games at 222 which was nice.

Got to get the gear ready for hillwalking tomorrow down Glen Etive.
