Upside Down

Chaiyya loves to snuggle into her nest next to my desk. When I sit there and work (or do my mother’s paperwork, like today) she’ll tell l me to stroke her with an encouraging „mreep“. A soft „mrreep“ to begin with, but when I ignore her, it will quickly turn into an indignant „mreEEeep!“. Only after I stroke her chin and belly, I‘ll get perhaps 20 minutes of quiet time to work, before I hear the next „mrreep“.

Cats know how to train their humans.

It was a day to stay indoors, all grey and drizzly (again). At least I went to the gym, so I didn’t spend all day sitting and looking at the computer screen.
