Nollaig na mBan

Lovely day up in Cork city today. A wander and lunch with Autumn, Rowan and J.
January 6th is Nollaig na mBan or Women's Christmas round here, traditionally when women would have a celebration of their own when all the hard work of Christmas was done. Which of course had fallen to them to do. 
Things are usually not quite as gender based these days, but it's still celebrated by lots of women as a night out.
