White chocolate

Another day, another flavour!
Now I’ve used up all the cream left over from Christmas (cause of being ill we didn’t eat as much as expected!) I’ll put the ice cream maker away for a while.

This morning I realised a bonus of making ice cream is I’ve learnt to make proper custard. Might make a crumble tomorrow with proper vanilla custard.
