marmalade

13 jars of various sizes - had to delve around to find more - 3lb marmalade oranges from the Market. We had an official book about preserving for a wedding present.
FB squeezes and cuts, ( he apparently did similar blip on 9.1.22) .I cook and bottle having done the "wrinkle"test several times!
Extra: ready to bring to boil.
