Longest day of the year

Today my mood was like a roller-coaster.

Went to work early as I wanted to finish work early and go to the Solstice event in East London. Had a very busy day at work. Brochure was really a pain.

Took an hour lieu time so finished worked at 4pm. Got ready to go to the event with Mel but she had a panic attack. Felt sorry for her.

I felt sorry for myself as well. Have been thinking of Ali, my family and friends back home. Felt very down for not having anyone close around.

Started reading Mishima's The Sailor Fell from Grace with the Sea after I went to the David Bowie Is exhibition. It is a beautiful book. I wish I could write like that.
