Meeting in Weymouth today. Blipped this on the drive home......every day the immense beauty of Dorset amazes me....I can't believe how lucky I am to live here. It really IS home!

Oh by the way....remember the big O we endured a week or so ago.....it is now official "We are outstanding" yaaaaaaay!! I am so proud. I LOVE MY JOB!!
