Summer Solstice

The summer solstice started overcast and dark this morning, this gave way to a sunny afternoon and a long light evening. We visited friends in Redditch and at 10:15 this evening as we were leaving it was still a fairly light night with a very bright almost full moon.

I took this photo in the market on our way to Nero earlier, it continues my theme of street/people pictures; I call it 'Checking the Spuds'.
