Views above Gignod

M's favourite café when we come to the Valle d'Aosta is in Gignod, a locals' café bar.
So after enticing him down there for a capuccino we went on a beautiful hike along the old water channels in the valley, constructed around 1400 by the locals, having been granted the Abbot's permission. Easy walking and spectacular views.
