Yarn Bombing

We went for a walk at Kildwick tonight and as we went past the church we saw some women wrapping knitted yarn round posts. Neil just had to ask them what they were doing. They were preparing the churchyard for a Summer Fair tomorrow. Apparently Yarn Bombing is a relatively new thing and is world wide! They knit or crochet something to use as a kind of street art. I have posted a couple of photos on my folio
