I cooked

I have been kind of slack cooking meals for us. It is easy to pick up takeout or pop a frozen pizza in the oven or make chili and sandwiches. But today I made honey garlic chicken breasts with Mac and cheese and broccoli. Very tasty and easy to prepare. The chicken ended up being very tender. I will make it again.

I also had one of those cleaning frenzy days. It was time since I had not done much since the holidays.

Sometimes a girl just needs to be lazy.

And sometimes she can clean the whole house in three hours and cook a meal. Plus make a pie!

Tomorrow might be a hiking day. I have a girls road trip adventure to Alabama next weekend.
