Junior parkrun

Junior parkrun first thing with these lovely volunteers. Their birthday, so an excuse to wear onsies snd PJs. Unfortunately I am not cool enough to own a onsie so I froze in my winter coat. Afterwards we went for a warm-up and chat to the dog walkers' cafe.

Otherwise a lazy day, at the gym, catching up with some TV, knitting and cooking up the ham bone and leftovers for soup.
