Brownie in custard

Had a nice Toby for tea Lucas ordered the brownie sundae but the ice cream machine was broken, this was their alternative. I was quick to ask if the custard would expand to fill the available space, then had to explain Brownian motion to the 9 year old so that he could laugh at my most excellent physical chemistry/custard based joke.
Well worth it.
