Divine Delights

Each year, my friends and I choose a word for the year. It can be a quality that inspires us or a reminder of something we are working on. My word for 2024 is delight. I want to notice a daily delight and be conscious of small ways that I can delight others.
I am currently in India. This morning I did yoga at sunrise. I was worried about looking foolish, being too stiff and hurting myself.
It was a moving meditation - gentle flow, small movements,vibrational chants and deep breathing.

It was beautiful. Today’s delight indeed.
