PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CALIFORNIA

This is our state flag, which I saw this afternoon while having an early dinner with a friend. I was always dubious about the bear, until one vacationed in our neighborhood, a few years ago.

It was a cold, windy day, but we had a warm, delicious dinner. Tomorrow night, we have a
FREEZE WATCH, which is unusual in this area. I am sure the citrus, strawberry &
avocado growers are on high alert.

Angus & I are off to snuggle up &
wonder what the new week will bring.
