Welsh poppy

We went to see a student production of Jonathan Dove's opera Flight, which was brilliant. Then we went to the opening of the Cardiff Photomarathon exhibition - and discovered that my portfolio was in the top 20 ( out of 350) and three of OB's photos were shortlisted. We were well pleased!

Unfortunately the song prize tonight pleased us less. Least said the better.

I knew there was a greenfly on my poppy, but I've just noticed a second beastie!
