Greater Forkbeard

Market day today and I bought one of these hitherto unknown (to me) large fish.I had to look up the name. At this price, reduced to clear at hen end of the market, I couldn't resist. My fish weighed over a kilo and cost me 6 euros. Apparently it's related to Hake, and is quite tasty with not too many small bones. We shall see. Saffron is very interested.
