Birthday

Today was my friend Sheila’s birthday ( she’s about 2 and a half weeks younger than me). We celebrated with a sea dip with the local group we’ve joined and then a coffee at the little van near the beach. The van is owned by the lady who runs the swim group and her husband who insisted on giving S and I a cake each when he realised it was her birthday:) The dip was very cold but as always good fun :)
