Meal prepping today!
Lunch is made for me and Paul the next two days while he is at work, peri peri garlic chicken and rice nom nom!
We try to meal plan our whole week and while sometimes it means eating the same thing two days on the bounce it works for us just having stuff in the fridge to grab and go when we are busy!
We’ve ran and been to the gym today too as well as all the usual chores. The boys are back at school and had good first days back!
Nice to be back to routine!
