Wrecked Wellington

These boatsheds in Karaka Bay haven't survived the storm and are still getting knocked around today by the relatively calm seas in comparison. There were people in the one on the right, who had to scamper away every now and then when a wave rolled through.

Looking at the mess only reminds me of the devastation Christchuch is going through. Our storm was nothing.
