Shapes, Lines, Angles

I looked around as we went for a walk and thought that the desert is filled with shapes, lines and lots of angles we don't even think about.  I liked this barrel cactus up close.  I'll put another in the extras. 
   A good day out, but it was chilly and glad I had my layers on!  Most of the snow is gone though we had ice left with a few icicles. 
  Our oldest grandson has passed his drivers test and got glowing reviews by his driving coach.  He is now officially  licensed and ready to drive.  We all went out on the porch and cheered as he came into the driveway!   Not sure if he was embarrassed or not, but he took it well and so did the instructor!
