First, thank you for all the lovely comments, stars and hearts for yesterday's waxwing. Very much appreciated.
Today's photo opportunities were brief, but included Luca doing a hamster act with cheeks full of banana :-)
Ruth is spending Mondays in her new job, while she works out her notice at the farm job from Tues to Thurs. So it's an early start for us all. I got to their house just after 8, ready to get Eben to school, taking Luca with us. L was tired and not very impressed with this return to routine, but we managed. Then we had an easygoing day together, till school pick-up time. L napped briefly in the car on the way to meet Eben - usually something to avoid these days, but I felt he needed it. Perhaps I did too...
