Morning...

High tide was 7.39am today - and we were swimming by 7.30am.

We were the only swimmers at this beach, the morning was warm and the water calm - a perfect way to start the day!

The wooden structure is part of the saltwater baths - a popular swimming pool with the local youngsters when the tide is out and only mud flats remain.
