Plant torture

day 65. you cant see it, but we introduce a polycultural stimulant to the tent. A pot with basil in it.  Plants actually signal each other a lot.  Terpenes is one of those areas.  Plants can change their terpene production based on behavior of adjacent plants. Basil is very heavy on terpenes as soon as you get some nice leaves.  Your nearby cannabis responds to this almost as if to say "theres a lot of defensive smell in the air, I had better get ready", and goes to work "anticipating" pests. When I grow basil along with cannabis the dry flower product has smell that assaults the senses, and is incredibly sticky.
