Never, never, no more

After untold years of disgust with the discomforts of Birmingham New Street Station - cold, drafty, no seating, little choice of eateries, etc - only weeks after I was last there it has been transformed. Admittedly the platforms are still dark and drafty, but the concourse is transformed into a light space with seats and places to eat. Still not up to Manchester's standard, but no more complaints!
