Rainbow at Camster

Today's tour took us south to Camster Cairns, Achavanich Stone Horseshoe Setting, and Loch Watten.  It was quite frosty at Camster Cairns.  I only went a few steps on the boardwalk before deciding that going all the way to the cairns would be fraught with peril.  I went far enough to shoot a pano of the rainbow.  With the rain arriving, we got back in the car and went to Achavanich.  It was mostly dry enough to walk around the stones.  The nearby lake was very high.  In the lake's parking area, someone had left a Land Rover - the water was up to its axles.  Then up the Causewaymire Road (A9), turning towards Watten on a whim, to view the lake.  I was hoping to see the crannog from the parking area, but it wasn't visible - but the loch was very high too.
