Early run

It was -2 on the watch when I started getting ready to go for a run and I was worried about slipping on the icy roads, but I managed a 3.5 mile run without falling over by dodging the ice patches. Although I wore gloves and hat, it was very cold and I had my usual numb finger issue.
After that I worked and liaised with Bob about the work he is doing outside and felt very pleased that I had not chosen a builders life when younger. The sky on the run was glorious though.
