Knees up

The boss got these for me, lord knows where she bought them
They're a  wormwood formula, whatever that means.
There's about 10 in the packet so I put one on each knee today. THey do smell ever so nice and I have to say, I felt as though they were helping 
We'll see how it goes over the next few days.

Ah well...
