Lunch...
... Is leftover breakfast. I made too much when I got to work this morning.
Breakfast is the one consistent healthy good for me feature in my life.
Oats. Soaked in water. Not cooked.
This bowl has the addition of cranberries, dates, walnuts, sunflower seeds, raisins, peanuts, pumpkin seeds & giant raisins.... I think that's all I can see in my bowl!!
I'm having leftover potatoes & cabbage for my tea - I am not sure i will ever be able to cook a meal for one without having leftovers :/ ...I will squish it all together to make bubble & squeak.
If I don't have chocolate for pudding or a glass of wine with my meal today will be a good day - I'm not convinced that's likely!!
