i coached his younger brother rugby, who kept me informed of alex's career.
this blip is when north powered over to score a try - i took many other snaps but none caught the emotion as well as this!
hell-of-a-start to the day. i had hung the washing out, filled the car with petrol and was waiting for the gym to open at 8.00 am! after a 2 hrs work out i felt i earned my pint of guiness - at 11.00!
i know it's early, but it's what i drink when watching rugby. next week's lion's match starts at 10.00 am - guiness on top of toothpaste anybody?
