Dollars?

We woke up to the sound of the pavement being dug up by a digger. When we went out there is now a hole the width of our front garden. They are re-laying the gas pipes and putting in fibre optics. The gas will be off at some stage so no-one will have any heating. Just what you need in January! We have a gas cooker too. Luckily we’ve recently bought an Airfryer and have a microwave. We only have one electric heater though. I noticed the annotations on the pavement, CATV for the cable TV, blue for water, one for gas and a big dollar sign. Will they be bringing us big bucks?
