A morning of household chores whilst JJ was out tutoring his family research group.

I should have gone for a walk but it”s been bitterly cold again and I was a bit of a wimp.  It takes me ages to get wrapped up and then I wonder if I should go to the loo again, just like a toddler.

The magpies are a real nuisance and it’s pointless shooing them away because they only come back as soon as I move away from the window.  I put out the old peanut feeder in the hope of enticing the woodpecker back, but all it’s done is encourage the magpies and jackdaws.
