Margate

I had a fascinating, freezing, day trip to Margate.There is such a lot to photograph there, that I have struggled to only post 9 extras (I will delete them when I need some more).

Bitterly cold north east wind, whipping the sea to a fury at high tide. But also a lovely sunset which enthralled JMW Turner.

The exhibition at Turner Contemporary was so contemporary that it mystified me, but TC has a great cafe in the sunshine which is wonderful for thawing out!
