A new old thing

In the last few days, I've been revisiting things I used to do. Last week I started rediscovering albums of music I liked more than 20 years ago - the tapes and cds are in the attic, or lost, but they're mostly on Spotify today. I have enjoyed that and every one reminds of another I had forgotten.


Today I did two things. The first was a lunchtime walk, inspired by Darap's new start to 2024. I went up Leith Walk and did some shopping somewhere I don't usually visit. The second was then diverting off and exploring streets I don't normally see - I used to do loads of this when I first moved to Edinburgh, but not in this neighbourhood.

It was very drizzly, but it felt sunny in my head.
