Trees

Jess and I had a lovely forest walk this morning and I enjoyed a swim this afternoon before a work meeting. I often think about how I detested exercise as a child (mostly team sports and athletics at school, which I was useless at). Nobody thought that playing outside or messing about on your bike or dancing to pop songs was exercise. So I grew up thinking I was just not the sporty type :-).
