Pond life

I was wfh again today - online training! The trainer was excellent, but I struggle with sitting still and concentrating. I was straight out of the door when our lunch break came around!! A brisk walk in the freezing cold woke me up briefly, and I took a photo of our resident ducks before the afternoon stint.

At 4.10pm I dashed outside again in the hope of running 5k in daylight. I pretty much succeeded.

Noo has been to rugby training. Back to the grindstone tomorrow.
