Castle Espie

I went to Slimming World this morning, my usual Wednesday morning trip - and thankfully I had lost 1.5lbs! 
In the afternoon we decided on a walk at Castle Espie, it was bright and sunny with a bitterly cold wind, definitely hat and gloves weather. There were lots of birds around, redshanks, mallards, and teal. There was an egret too, and a robin was posing for me! There were lots of teal, they're stunning birds, with beautiful plumage. Unfortunately they were too far away to get a good photo, but in the sunshine, their plumage was glowing.
